shipping & returns

POSTAGE

Orders are processed Mon - Fri (excludng bank holidays) and are shipped within 48 hours of receipt using Royal Mail 2nd Class service.

RETURNS

We hope that you love every item that you order from PERSONALITEE LTD. However we understand that there may be a rare occassion when you may want to return something to us. If you would need to return an item we promise to provide a refund as long as it is returned to us in a saleable condition, with all tags still attached, within 30 days of the date shown on your dispatch confirmation email.

If it's brand new still with original tags attached, we'll give you a full refund. The only times we don't accept a return is if it is worn or damaged by you, if the item is returned incomplete, if the tags have been removed or it is returned outside of the 30 days from date of dispatch.

WHAT TO DO…

  • Package your t-shirt up securely, ideally in it’s original packaging, unworn with all tags still attached.

  • Address to: Personalitee Ltd, Meadowside, Hall Lane, Mobberley, Cheshire, WA16 7AE

  • Take the parcel to your local post office, remembering to obtain a proof of postage! Refunds may not be processed without this.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of our receipt of goods, usually via the method by which you paid for your items

We reserve the rights not to accept a return if either:

  • There are signs of the item(s) being worn

  • There are signs of item(s) being damaged

  • Item(s)returned are incomplete

  • Tags have been removed

  • The item(s) is returned later than 30 days from when you placed your order.

RETURNS COSTS

The cost of return is the responsibilty of the sender.

Please note, if we receive your return and it is not fit to be refunded, e.g. it has been worn, tags have been removed or it was not returned back to us within the specified timescales, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. In this instance there will be a £5 charge to return your items back to you. Please ensure that your items are returned in the conditions specified before returning them to us.
